In Wilmington, DE police responded to a call leading them to a victim suffering from 3 gun shot wounds. This happened around 6 o'clock p.m. Monday evening at the courts under I-95 on the 200 block of North Jackson Street. Investigators found out that a man walked up to the court and fired 6 shots at the victim. 3 hitting the victim in the abdomen and 1 in the arm.
The victim is in extremely critical condition at Christiana Hospital. Wilmington Police are still investigating the incident.

NBA Defensive Player of the Year
Dwight Howard wins the NBA Defensive Player of the Year award for the 3rd consecutive year. He is the first player to ever win three years in a row. Howard recieved 114 of 120 first place votes. Howard led the NBA in double doubles and averaged 14.1 Rebounds, 2.3 Blocks, and 1.3 Steals. (Career High)
