"We Out" Surprise!: Netflix Losing Customers

I thought about titling this post that direct quote from Netflix. When it came down to it, I thought my title "We Out" was a better fit. But, I digress...

A few months back, Netflix made the brash decision to raise prices by as much as 60% and swore on their jobs that they felt they would be able to retain just as many customers as usual, as a matter of fact, they ensured shareholders, they would attract more customers due to the variety of plan options.

Team Netflix was wrong.
