The ROC was in the building courtesy Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night. Jay-Z / RocNation signee, Rita Ora performed album cut "Shine Ya Light" on the stage last night. I think she has real promise. And real vocal ability. Watch out RiRi. Hi Rita.
