Manslaughter Trial Continues for MJ’s Doctor….
Fact: Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009 from acute propofol intoxication. Whether or not someone is actually responsible for his death, is a completely different story. Dr Conrad Murray (Jackson’s former personal physician) is currently on trial for the crime of involuntary manslaughter of the late singer. Ever since Jackson’s untimely death, fingers have been pointed at the physician. What already has been proven true is that Dr. Murray ordered a large amount of propofol a month before the singer’s death. While the prosecution states that Dr Murray administered the lethal dosage to Jackson and failed to monitor him, the defense states that Jackson took the medicine himself. If Dr Murray is in fact convicted, he could potentially face up to four years in prison.
