TI and Tiny Paint Black Love in Positive Light

When I first got wind that rapper TI and his wife, Tiny were going to have a reality show, I was not only skeptical but also, unenthused. After all, most of today’s reality shows focus on rehearsed conflict and exaggerated drama rather than actual reality. However, I decided to give the show a chance and was pleasantly surprised. The two part series premiere centered on TI’s return home after his time in prison. Tiny and the couples’ six (yes six!) children welcomed him home with open arms. Quality time between the love birds and time spent with their children were ongoing themes for the show. It was wonderful to see a family who love one another unconditionally and did not have an issue displaying it. I do hope that they will continue to display positivity and not buffoonery like so many of their predecessors. I will be tuning in tonight to watch this great show. You should watch too.
