Lawyer Up: Michael Phelps' Future In Sports Broadcasting

It's that time of year. Sports enthusiast all across the world have been tuned into the 2012 Olympic Games in London. America's favorite male swimmer, and All-Time most decorated Olympian - with 19 medals, Michael Phelps has noted this will be his last Olympic run. He may have been wrong.

Television networks, NBC and ABC have both expressed interest in Phelps as a sports broadcaster. NBC holds the best hand as they have the television rights to the Olympic games throughout 2020. The ABC/ESPN conglomerate will most likely come to the table ready for war to bag not only the air rights to the Olympics, but to Phelps as well post the 2020 games. Time will tell, and we'll be watching.
