Community Service for the Upper Darby, PA Bullies?

Five of the six defendants in the widely publicized Upper Darby, PA bullying case, where a student was kidnapped and at one point hung from a fence post, have plead to lesser charges and will perform none other than "COMMUNITY SERVICE?" They've also received a curfew. Some have to wonder what message this sends to our children. "So if I terrorize another child and hang him from a fence, my punishment will be to volunteer and be home at a certain time". Wowww! Shaking my head!

Thanks Fox 29 for the update!
