TOM BRADY WINS 2011 AP NFL OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Brady finished the 2010 season with 3900 yards and an NFL-leading 36 touchdowns (while throwing just four interceptions). He led the Patriots to the best regular season mark in the NFL (14-2) but they were unable to get past the New York Jets in the Divisional Round. We learned after the playoff loss that Brady played all season with a stress fracture in his foot that only got worse as the season progressed.

Brady totaled 21 votes, easily beating out the Philadelphia Eagles' Michael Vick, who finished second, with 11 votes. Some may ask, how did Tom Brady win what has traditionally been the runner-up award for league Most Valuable Player over Michael Vick? Simple: HE DIDN'T THROW INTERCEPTIONS! However, I think it's a bit unmerited to give Brady both awards!
