Louis Spadaccini is, or WAS, a 37-year-old baseball coach at St. Neumann and Goretti High School, and is employed by the Court of Common Pleas. He was also arrested, for a second time in 3 days, at about 10 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 after a second alleged victim came forward.
Police reported Spadaccini gave a 13-year-old boy alcohol and had sexual contact with him on three different occasions in July and August of 2011. One of the sexual assaults is said to have occurred at the Spadaccini’s house, and the other two assaults happened at the Holiday Inn on Packer Avenue in the Southwest region of Philadelphia.
The charges?
1. Involuntary deviant sexual intercourse
2. Unlawful contact with a minor
3. Endangering the welfare of a child
4. Simple assault
5. Reckless endangerment
6. Indecent assault AND
7. Furnishing alcohol to a minor
The minor came forward after Spadaccini was arrested on Monday (09.19.2011) for allegedly escorting a 14-year-old Freshman baseball player to the same Holiday Inn and giving alcohol and mixing Xanax into the boy’s drink. Sick
In the case of the 14-year-old, Spadaccini was arrested on charges of child endangerment, corrupting the morals of a minor, simple assault, furnishing alcohol to a minor, interference with the custody of a child, luring a child, and distributing narcotics.
As of press time, there is no physical evidence that the 14-year-old was sexually assaulted.
This is a sick story, and if Spadaccini is found guilty of these charges, and evidence surfaces...I hope he gets exactly what he deserves.
