#Lakers PG Ramon Sessions Will Become Free Agent

Los Angeles Lakers point guard Ramon Sessions, decided to decline his player option to return for the 2012-2013 NBA Season. This means that he will become a free agent this summer. Sessions averaged 11.3 points and 5.5 assists per game this season. Sessions was aquired in a mid season trade. He showed some bright spots during the season, but also struggled and times, and didn't come up big in the playoffs the way the Lakers hoped he would. Sources say the Lakers plan to make a major move to upgrade the point guard position for the upcoming season. Sessions would have been paid $4.5 million dollars for the upcoming season.
