Usher Holds Down #1 Spot

His 4th number 1...the irony is close to appalling. After a solid week on shelves, Usher's "Looking 4 Myself" made its way to the top of the Billboard 200...with (according to Neilsen SoundScan) 128k units moved. Not bad for 2012, right?

Ursher's - not a typo, but in my Ludacris voice - last studio album release, "Raymond v Raymond," (2010) also launched at No. 1. BIG Difference, it did 329,000 first week.

"Looking 4 Myself" also registers Usher's smallest first-week sales for a studio album since the 1997 and debut release "My Way," which opened with a whopping 67,000 units, 1st week.

A sign of the times, quality, or product???
