Word on the street is Rihanna has joined Jay-Z's Roc Nation Management company, parting ways with (now former) manager, Marc Jordan. The singer will also launch her own media group, Rihanna Entertainment. It will, and I quote, "merge all of her businesses, including music, film, fragrance, fashion and book ventures."
